Automatism is a surrealist technique of producing spontaneous art or writing without any conscious moral or aesthetic self-censorship. Try free-writing/drawing. Sit with a pen in hand and some paper or use what ever medium you want for art. Write or draw or paint or sculpt, without thought. Just relax your mind and let yourself fall into a trance as you create. Enjoy!
