Hi,

Most importantly either get advice from a doctor, your parents, or a gym coach. But inform your parents. Childhood Obeisity has caused a lot of health problems to kids who are seriously overweight. Check out www.focusonthefamily.com for more info.

MY EXPERIENCE:

I have experience in this over the years. It takes a commitment to KEEPING the weight off. Not just lossing it. It also depends on what your CURRENT WEIGHT IS. IF you are OBEISE (very LARGE for your age), try walking 3-5 days a week, and eating a healthy meal three time a day. Lots vegatables, and fruits, and plenty of water to drink.

I walked two miles everyday for five days a week,drank plenty of water, and that the weght off. Might take less seeing as you are younger. But always eat a healthy meal. And do some Aerobic (walking, jump rope, swimming) exersize.

Stay active and eat well. But also remember that you'll most likely continue to grow until your around 18, so dont count on your weight staying the same over the next 5 years. Mother nature. Trust me. You cant change it, just manage it.

Losing weight help

lose weight fastWe get weight by eating extra calories and incorrect amount of macronutrients. There are two ways by which we can lose weight.

* Eating less

* Exercising more

You know
1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of carbohydrates = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 9 calories
1 pound of fat = 454 gram
So 1 pound of fat = 9*454 = 4086 calories

Note: Our body fat contains around 3500 calories, as 10% of it is water.
So in order to lose a pound of fat (4086) in 2 weeks, we need to decrease calories consumption by 290 per day as 4096/14=290(approx)

15 minute of good exercise will help you in losing around 100 calories. So in order to lose 1 pound of fat in two weeks, we need to exercise for around 45 minutes (290 calories) if we do not want to make any changing in our eating habit. So just take care of the amount of calories in the food you take. The best idea for losing weight will be by cutting down the junk food with exercising. So greatest way to lose weight is a mixture of diet and exercise as exercise builds muscles, and bigger muscles burn more fat.

I am a parent & a grand-parent.I've got a P.H.D. in life's lessons.
At your tender age,DON'T inquire of the general public of what may....or MAY NOT be an issue for you!!!
Talk to your school nurse or family doctor or health professional
before taking any action.
Perhaps you have cause for concern...perhaps,not.
Best to obtain qualified advice.
