I assume you are a guy- there is one thing you didn't mention that goes hand and hand with college----DRINKING--- and since you are short of cash on a college budget- beer is the mainstay drink--- nothing puts on a fat belly faster than beer ------so you know what you have to do----you dont have to give it up entirely--- do what women do--- starve all week so they can indulge on weekends- but dont over do it--- nurse your drink-- you'll be surprised how fast you get buzzed when you stop drinking kegers all week long--- start walking more around campus and that should help if you cant join a gym-- if you dont drink and dont overeat--- see a doc ASAP- you can have a hormonal or thyroid problem and that will be just a simple pill to help you out--- good luck and enjoy your college years..............

10 Successful Tips for Weight Loss the Holistic Way
Use these tips to help you lose weight naturally, and keep it off for life!
[By Jane Mountrose] As a person with a long history of dieting and failing, I can tell you that diets don't work. The reason is simple. They don't consider the fact that we are human beings with complex needs and desires, as well as an inner wisdom that can guide us to know what we really need.

Give up the ghost. As long as your eating right(and it sounds like you are) and are active ( and you are) you might just need to accept yourself at this weight. I am in similiar circumstances. Happiness with body is goal. Be happy and continue to take care of self. Merry Christmas.

at 20 years or so, the metabolism slows waaaaay down. you need to eat like a little bird. use a fork for everything and chew every bite 30 times. the only thing you can do is watch how much you are eating. important! take a PE every semester. walk to class. no carbs. ramen noodles and mac&cheese arevery very bad for you.

Try a detox diet for 2-3 days. Green tea and water are the best for that. Also, fruit and vegetable juice. Good luck!

well it's impossible to "loose" weight, as loose is an adjective and not a verb like the word lose which is the appropriate word to use.
