first off straighten ur hair and unfortunately u need some mousse and a badass straightener. it might be expensive... and you are going to have to die your hair as light as possibnle first. id advise going to sallys beauty supply and talking to them about trying to lighten your hair. ive got dark brown hair and tried to go blonde as possible and ive messed up real bad. so really, go to a hair salon. after its really blonde, you can once again head to sallys and buy the color you want. they have a whole bunch of neon colors. be careful as to how often you dye it. your hair might fall out.

Just to let you know there is a new product that we patented called the Sink Sav*r. it is a protective thin sink liner that was designed to prevent Hair dye from staining your sink while coloring your hair. It is very convenient because no one likes scrubbing their sink for an hour after dying their hair with a Sink Sav*r there is no clean up, you just ball it up and throw it away leaving your sink looking just like new. It only cost about $1.50 per liner but if you would like a free sample to test it out email me at sinksaver2007@yahoo.com and I will mail you a free sample. I hope you try it because I have been dying my hair for years in my sink and the Sink Sav*r makes dying your hair so much easier.

Don't mess with it yourself. Go to a salon and tell them how you want it done. You can really damage your hair by bleaching it yourself. It has to be lightened to dye it pink. Shop around and find a salon that has a good reputation of coloring hair they way you want. Good luck...

Pay someone who knows what they are doing -- one of my (stupid) employees dyed her normally (dyed) bright orange hair to neon pink. It looks like s**t -- not only is her do-it-yourself color heinous, her hair is crying for a good conditioner. I am afraid it's too late for her, but you don't have to be a victim also!
