No christians should not go to doctors. Christians believe that god will answer their prayers.
According to these scriptures ( [Matthew 21:21] [John 14:14] [Matthew 7:7] [Matthew 17:20] [Mark 11:24] ) You do not need to go to the doctor, cause god will heal you if you pray for it.
Just pray, if you are a gambler!
And because I am not a doctor, you should not take my advise literally, and consult a doctor, if you would like to know the answer to your question.

OK What is it that you don't understand about Matt. 20:22, Mark 12:17, or Luke 20:25. Jesus is extremely clear what belongs man and what belong to God. Sickness and doctors belong to man.
Moreover, where does it say that Christians should not go to doctors when they are sick? Jesus cure the sick on Earth not in Heaven.
God's word has no restriction about Christian seeking or giving medical help.

Of course yes! God doesn't give sickness to anyone. Suppose you eat too much and then you have stomach pain, then it's not God who gave you that pain. So you have to do the proper medication. Go and see doctor.
Sometime God will answer your prayer thru someone else, and it might be Doctor also.
Regard this saying:
"Believe in God but cross the road safely."

why shouldn't they!?
ok.. i'm a christian.. and i go to a doctor all the time.
being a christian doesn't mean that God will just miraculously zap away all your sicknesses. when you're sick.. i totally agree that you should pray to God to take sickness and pains away.. but that also means that you should take an active role in seeking treatment that you need to get that sickness cured.
being a christian does NOT mean you have a right to be lazy and sit around thinking that God will just give you sudden good health. you need to take care of your body and keep it in good health.

Yes, of course...and in most serious cases get a second opinion from another one... Follow the Dr's orders and take all the pills. follow the recovery advice and all that... Don't mean that TheChristian don't need to keep it all in prayer... God made all science. So all science is good...we have to trust that those mortals who go into medicine are qualified and know a bit about God's science... but that dose not mean our trust in God is any less.

Yes, preferably a psychiatrist. (Only kidding)
Anyone in need of medical attention should get such. Depending on faith alone in a world in which people are tallented in healing is foolish. Use both. Faith, Placebo effect, whatever you wish to call it, people with it tend to heal faster than with medication alone.
Depending on faith or placebo alone is foolish also. One can always claim that if a person dies, it was God's will, but even such as James Dobson had medical attention when he had his stroke. Many churches have built medical hospitals. They recognize that learning is a capacity that deity has given people. Learning how the body works leads directly to the science of medicine. What's wrong with trusting this?

I would never go to a doctor but then I'm just a cartoon. Jesus went to a doctor when his toe got infected after stubbing it when he was walking on water. Don't you remember just after he came back from raising Elijah from his grave. OO

Yes, Jesus himself was a doctor, a healer. True Jesus can heal anyone, but he also gives you the sense to go to the doctor. So, yes, I think we should.
