The word Pagan encompasses too many paths. Wicca, Asatru, Druidry, Kemetic, Heathenry etc...
You would have to research each one, of which I haven't named them all, and decide for yourself if you wish to follow them, if any of them ring true with you. You can't just do a ritual and then say 'I'm a Pagan' or 'I'm Wiccan'. It doesn't work like that.

All faiths have their own rituals.
My suggestion is get your local newspaper and find where the Solstice Celebration is in your town on the 21st. Mix and mingle with those people, see if you like the feeling you get when you listen to them talk about their faith.
You could also go to your library and research the subject.
