If you have a broken heart about something (just guessing from your screenname) then remember that broken hearts really do heal with time. I have been there and am doing soooooooo much better. As far as what to do to make you happy, I would recommend dancing. Most communities, including mine, which is small, have beginner ballroom dancing lessons, or other kinds of dancing like line dancing or clogging. It's scientifically proven that dancing can elevate the mood and it's also a fun way to meet new friends.

I also enjoy things like baking, watching a good comedy, or singing to be good ways to improve my mood. If you are really seriously depressed, it might also be good to see a doctor. Good luck!

I am not sure what happened except you sound heartbroken about something. Read, sing a song, learn a new hobby, bake a cake, go shopping, write some letters to yourself about the problem, watch a funny movie, tell yourself you are happy.

sleep... that always works for me... I usually feel better the next morning after a good night's sleep whenever I'm really sad or mad

You should talk to someone who you know cares about you. A friend or relative, or god or a saint. Just someone. If you need help ask for it, it's always there.

watch tv,talk with friends, just have a busy life so u can forget all the negativity.
