Contact his command and find out who the Ombudsman is there. The Ombudsman is a direct link to his CO and will either relay a message to him/her or they might be able to schedule an appointment so that the two of you can meet. It depends on the situation and the importance of what you need to discuss w/ them.

as a spouse, you really only should be going through your Ombudsman/Key Volunteer. Bypassing that and going directly to the CO can get your spouse into a LOT of trouble.. and if that is your intention, remember that it could turn around and bite you in the butt too. too many spouses want to get even with them for something, and then complain when their spouses get busted down a paygrade or two, or has to serve time in the brig.

Too, the CO generally will NOT get involved in any kind of domestic dispute without a court order. that means child support or alimony.
