I think that it is a Havanese puppy.

It is a shih tzu/maltese mix, not a full bred shih tzu the head is a little too oblong, but I would say it has a lot of shih tzu due to the fur. Shih Tzu fur is different than other dogs fur. It is more like human hair and takes a lot of upkeep because they really don't shed, you have to comb them to remove the hair that will tangle without it. In additon to the regular brushing upkeep. Or you can get them the teddy bear cut.
We have 2 other dogs, but shih tzu's are my favorite. Raven is just my pride and joy. The other 2 really belong to my boys and hubby.

It's definately not a wire fox terrier!
I'd say it's a shih tzu or a mixture of some toy breed.

Its a shih tzu. Cindy Lou my shih tzu looked like that when she was a puppy. Its a pure bred not a mix.

I reckon it looks like a Maltese x Shih Tzu. Type that in on google images and see for yourself.

It could be a maltese or shih-tzu, a mix of one or both of the two, or some other mix. It's hard to say. It's definitely not a cairn, fox, or yorkshire terrier, though.

Lso apso...not sure if that is spelled correctly. My family had one for many years. Shtu tzu's have pushed in faces but look similiar otherwise.
