First of all, you are a sick individual to try to poison cats. Take your dog to the vet, you ...I don't think you deserve to own a pet if you have to ask this.
Hopefully your neighbor will figure you out and report you to animal control. What if a child had drunk the antifreeze? Then you could be a murderer.

I am hoping that you are joking.
If not, first, your dog--if it he is showing symptoms it is probably too late. As the dog's kidneys break down ethylene glycol, the main ingredient in antifreeze, crystals develop in the kidneys that destroy the kidneys. Death is inevitable if not treated. He will NOT just get over it.
Take the dog to the vet. They can test for ethylene glycol poisoning. Even if he cannot be treated, he can be humanely euthanized so that he does not die a slow and horribly painful death.
I also hope that your neighbor(s) report you to whoever they can. If you are having a problem with their cats, deal with it in a mature, adult manner by contacting animal control, local SPCA, police department, whatever. Don't doom an animal to a horrible death just because you don't like it.
I don't like stray cats and dogs either. I occasionally have to pick up poop in my yard that isn't from my dogs. It is disgusting and could spread disease and parasites to my dogs and cats. However I would never put out a toxic substance that indiscriminately kills every animal that ingests it. So although I can sympathize with your situation, I condemn your remedy.

VET ASAP! Antifreeze is cruel, why would you even do that to cats? I hope someone reports it to be honest. But anyway, my Mom's neighbor sat out antifreeze for her yorkies and her golden got in it instead. Almost died, spent 3 days in vet hospital.

no worries, antifreeze is totally okay... gives you a good buzz.... you should go try some! drink a big glass, you deserve it.
(is that your sarcasm detector going off?)
On a more serious note.... if a REAL dog ever gets into REAL anti-freeze, the antidote needs to be given within one to two hours. If a vet can't be reached in time, get the dog as drunk as possible as quickly as possible. Alcohol can help neutralize the antifreeze.

There is not a better answer than to take him to the vet. How much did he drink? Depending on the size of the dog it can take as little as 2 tsp to kill.

Well, if he drank it 2 days ago, he should be dead by now. So I have my doubts he got any of it. However, I would still take him to the vet.

you may have killed your own pet, AND also asked for some cat lover to get your *** throwen in jail if they find out who you are. You are an animal abuser and should be reported. Next time use a shot gun its faster. If they are ferrow cats.
