look like zits and are full of something that look like puss when i squezze its like a light yellow color? they hurt!!! help please!!!!

its mainly around my armpits and i have some on my boobs and a few on my belly i know its not an allergic reaction or an ingrown hair.

Get yourself to an ER ASAP= and dont drive-- who knows if you hare having an allergic reaction to a food, an additive to your laundry, something in the air- if you were exposed to toxic chemicals on a train, etc. or the new soap has a new base that they are using but they forgot to label it (that happened to me).
The er doc will check it out- biopsy it if necessary--that involves just taking a piece of the pustule and giving your medication to stop the itch and maybe an antibiotic.
good luck and stop squeezing them-- the pus may be spreading them and you dont know what is IN that pus.
Again, if you dont have money- go to the er anyway-- they HAVE TO TREAT YOU and they cant bill you if you cant pay.

Probably Razor burn, or ingrown hairs. If you wear long pants, or long sleeved shirts most of the time then its most likely ingrown hairs. BUT ON THE OTHER HAND, IF THEY ITCH, ITS PROBABLY, ECZEMA OR PSORIASIS, SEE A DOCTOR.
