I have this small red bump on the bottom edge of my bottom lip. It's not glaringly obvious, but it makes me self-conscious, especially when i'm around my boyfriend. It sort of resembles a zit, but it's been there for a few months, so that can't be it. I'm pretty sure it's not a cold sore either. Does anyone have any idea what it might be and what I should do about it?

Its probably a black head, they stay around until you pop them, Try Squeezing it and if it hurts that is most likely what it is. It could also be an acid bump from eating or drinking too much citris, such as lemons, orange juice, or grapefruits. On the other hand it could just be a small cut that is inflamed and sore, But if none of these sound like they might be it, then see your doctor because it could be herpes.
