Jesus said, "I am the light of the world he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life." John 8:12
"Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him and he shall bring it to pass." Psalm 37:5
And lots and lots more. God bless you for the wonderful question.

Philippians 4 verse 12 KJV
everywhere and in all things I am instructed BOTH to be full AND to be hungry; BOTH to abound AND to suffer need.
Often mis-translated in many newer English versions, but true to form in King James English, French, German, Greek, etc...bibles
This full meaning is great for students and people involved in personal growth or training:
to appreciate whatever good there is already and to fully respect every bit of improvement or knowledge gained,
but not to sit on our laurels or get conceited about it, but to ALSO continue to strive for more knowledge, more improvement anyways.
Also, Corinthians 3 verse 17
...where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty
Also, St.John 10 verse 10
...the thief cometh not but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy; but Jesus came that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly

Phil 4:13- I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Ps: 119:105 -By your words I can see where I am going: they throw me a beam of light on my dark path. I've committed myself and I'll never turn back.
Prov: 27:19 - As in water face reflects face, So the heart of man reflects man.
Matt: 7:7 - "Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you".
God Bless You!

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” (Matthew 6:33-34)

John 13:34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another."
1 John 4: 7Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

I like the ones that advocate treating other people with respect. I think a lot of Christians forget about those.
