An 11 year old child hit my 7 yr old son in the face and really busted his face. how ever on several occations i have had to speak with the two children that continue to bully my son. I confronted the boys who then threatned me In a serious manner the boy lied to his school stating that I choked him which i did not but now i have to to a hearing for childabuse. with fake charges

This is not what you want to hear, but if you are over 18 the "accusers" are under, it would be best to get a lawyer to tear apart the lying children in Court; if you plead your case Per Se and get overly emotional, which any parent may do when an older child is bullying your younger child, you may come across stronger than you intend to and in some states abuse of a minor is felony and you could end up serving time in prision.
