Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm
BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese
Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

your well within healthy limits, it depends more on fitness at this level, sorry to say but it seems, effort is the only option, i seem to be finding out myself, for 16 that seems large but it more just depends on your fitness, i've known younger, bigger, that were fit, by heavy im sure you mean fat, and yes you very well could be, or could not be, depending on your fitness....if you want a real answer post a picture, the only suggestion that really comes to mind, not really much else we can get out of it, enless you know your body fat percentage ect ect, your gonna get generalized answers/opinions, no real way to tell regardless of the idiot who thought height and age could somehow logically pinpoint a weight range, i mean yes it helps estimate a generalized idea, but it doesnt work well, im 23 and at least 4 inches taller, im 170 and i feel heavy too lately, for a baser idea, but im borderline anorexic, this is the heaviest i've ever been really, if i was 190 and had a few inches less height i could just imagine lol, but i dont workout enouph, hence the fitness point, good luck

My son is 6' 2" weighs in at about 205. He is solid and looks good. If you are muscular, I would say you are fine.
If you are inactive, then you should either lose a bit or start lifting.

If the college coaches are fighting to see who's going to get you on their team no.
For normal guys, 175 or so would be about right.
