You can't. UTI's are not self limiting, they require appropriate vet treatment/meds. It is not like a virus that runs its course. UTI's can kill animals quickly...a friend's cat died recently from one before she barely even noticed the symptoms....all happened in the same day...like you, noticed a bit of blood. Please get it to vet so it can start appropriate meds and or receive treatment for blockage. I STRESS, these can kill pets quickly, get him to the vet. They can test his urine easily & tell you what is going on.

I read alot on the breeder sites that sometimes, the cure is just as simple as giving the animal cranberry juice. I know it sounds crazy, because thats what humans do, but, thats what I read on the breeder sites. And also, to change the food you are giving them to a food with less "flavoring, and preservatives". Sometimes like IAMS. If there is blood, then, you should get her to a vet asap, are you sure she isnt pregnant? Or in heat? Sometimes animals do that when they are inheat, or pregnant.
If you are convinced that it is just a urinary tract infection, then try the cranberry juice, probably diluted with half water, and also, make sure its clean down there, keep it clean at all times. Change the food to a "non glam" food. It might be more expensive, but, it wont be as much as the vet bill if it gets worse.

You should go to the vet- peeing blood could mean many things, not just a UTI. She could be having kidney problems, a blown vessel somewhere, etc. Best to get it checked out.
By owning a pet, you should be aware that you are responsible for their care. ie should not have a pet if you don't have/want to spend money on it when it becomes sick.

Could she be in heat?
Otherwise, you can't. Without seeing the vet, you don't know if she even has a UTI. There could be something else going on. Please do the proper thing and take the pup to the vet.
If you were peeing blood I guarantee you would get to the doctor ASAP. Do the same for your pet. She relies on you 100% to take care of her.

If it is, in fact, a UTI she will require antibiotics for treatment that are prescribed by the vet. Additionally, they will probably need to culture a urine specimen to determine which antibiotic to use.
Don't mess around with a UTI - they are painful and can cause many other problems if left untreated long enough.

Take the dog to a vet. A UTI can cause kidney stones.
They will give the dog antibiotics.

You can't, she needs to see a vet to get rid of it. There are ways of preventing them, you can ask your vet about it. If she isn't spayed that can also cause alot of dogs to be prone to UTI's. Please bring her to a vet.

Your pet needs medical attention and should not be treated with a home remedy.
