It depends on the state you are in. It is better to check with the rehab center. If he is still a minor than you should have rights to see your child. But once they are of age the rules and laws change.

It would depend why the parent is in rehab, what he/she has done as far as the child is concern, whether he/she is a threat to the safety of the child, and why he/ she is currently on probation. There is nothing impossible. But with time and connecting with the right people he/she may be able to. The judge most often wants what is best for the child. But if the child seems not to be affected at all by the situation or their life hasn't been disrupted by the situation. Then, the judge may consider this. I would suggest that you or whom ever you are asking for speak with an attorney who is better able to answer this question more in depth for you.

huh.... No way can that person ever get over night visition and I would not want them to either! Think of the safety of the child for heavens sakes!
