i go to church somtimes with friends and family and put on a happy face...there i appear to be a man of god but behind the scenes the idea of a god is not important to me...i don't want to disappoint anyone by telling them i believe everything is answered and is explainable through science and i am somewhat of an athiest but that is my belief...is it wrong to hide a belief to protect others feelings?

I think if you are going to make your family and friends happy, then that's a good thing. But, if you will listen with your heart, you will find good life lessons there without even trying.
