i follow these 10 rules
1) drink 10 or more glasses of water per day but avoid soft drinks
2) exercise 30 or more minutes per day, 6 days per week
3) eat nothing that is fried
4) only eat fruit or fruit juice before 11am
5) eat your last meal by 7pm
6) start every lunch and every dinner with a salad
7) eat at least one green vegetable with every meal
8) never eat out of the container
9) one glass of wine per day
10) once per week have a splurge meal
this is a diet you can stick with for a long time- and you will lose weight at a steady pace.

Well, you didn't tell me how tall are you. But if you really want to lose weight, try my ways:
-Do exercises morning REGULARLY. (If you don't do this always, your body system may be lazy and day by day, you'll get fatter). You should do excercises through music, music helps you forget the tired feeling, makes you want to practice even more.
-Try to eat oranges every morning when you wake up WITHOUT the breakfast first. The vitaminC in the oranges juice contains a little amount of acid, when you hasn't eaten breakfast yet, the acid come to the stomach and destroy the fat which you had left yesterday.
-Most of fat people think that when they go to the gymnest and practice A LOT, they gain muscles and lose weight (means change the fat to the muscles), but this is really WRONG!!! You have to lose weight first then think of gain muscles.

Ahhh, you're quite underweight, for your height your weight is ridiculous =/ . I'm only 5 ft 3 in height and I weigh 7 stone 10 pounds (nearly 8 stone) I'm very petite so I can guess for your height you are very skinny. You couldn't be farther away from being fat, your boyfriend needs his head checking, he sounds controlling. You would benefit from gaining weight not losing it, your health is the most important thing, if you haven't got your health, what have you got? Your boyfriend should love you just the way you are, he obviously doesn't if he says your fat, he's an idiot, if he keeps saying stuff about your weight, tell him to get stuffed.

Ok, you didn't tell us what sex you are so her it goes:
If you're a guy and you are 20lbs or more overweight- you need to join a gym and go on a good diet high in protein and good carbs.
If you're a girl- you should see a doctor- believe it or not, your hormonal changes that you encounter relentlessly every month can be off balance and cause weight gain-- as can your thyroid. If you are more than 50 lbs over weight- you need drastic measures to get in shape fast---senior year is approaching and so is prom--- so ask Santa for a membership to a gym and a diet program like weight watchers---remember to see your doctor first- it could be as easy as an underactive thyroid. well wat i think u should do is tat when u wake up in the morning drink a glass of lemon water and go for a walk or jog.Tats the way u should start the day have regular meals but avoid food with fats have organic food and lots of water and fruit juices .It will take some time to lose ur weight but the hard work will pay off .Have regular food but healthy and organic food .You can join gym or do some physical exercise morning and evening for 30 min or so according to your capability dont stress yourself we dnt want to see u in a hospital but want u to be healthyand slim.best wishes go for it boy and see the change.

Get a running buddy, or take up a group sport with some friends.
I used to be more than chubby a couple of years ago (I'm 19) and by joining a couple of teams and finding a friend to go running with (for motivation) I've shed all my weight and I'm in the best shape of my life !! It helps with the ladies too ;-D

If I remember correctly that was the age I became aware of my body. I trying to lose was frantically only to abuse my body and gain wieight. If your doctor says lose weight than try. I like the plan to care for self=eat when hungry don't eat when not hungry. Remember your body craves what it needs. Listen to it. Merry Christmas.

eat healthy, diet, exercise.
a good trick is to drink a big glass of water before and during a meal to help fill you up, and water is good for you too. After a big meal go for a walk or something too.
remember you didnt get heavy overnight and you're not going to get thinner overnight, but with work and determination, you can be buff by spring! just in time for shorts and swimming, etc.

face the facts. your not fat your a big porker. stop eating so much. coffee for breakfast (no cream or sugar); light lunch and really really light dinner. get off the soda. drink carbonated water (club soda) instead with a little squeeze of lemon juice. Eat salads between meals. just lettuce and vinegar and/or lemon juice. thats it. On sunday you can have a normal meal if you dont pig out. at night say to yourself "im not a fat pig - im not a fat pig)

really? Stop eating as much... eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 large one(that will speed up your metabalism...
begin exercising for 30 min. 3 days a week...
eat less cholesteral(breads,pasta,noodles)
get your sleep, drink 8 cups of water...
do this and you will get into much better shape
