I live in the northern hemisphere, and when I flush the toilet, the water moves counter-clockwise. I've often wondered if dog's tails follow the law of physics and curl different directions depending upon what hemisphere they live in.
If you live in the northern hemisphere, does your dog's tail curl counter-clockwise also? Just wondering.

My Tsih Tze curls up his tail upwards...

When I am on the left of him. it curls anti clockwise....on the right side..it curls clockwise....guess he is adapted for both hemispheres......

lol My dogs tails aren't supposed to curl. Labs are supposed to hold their tails down or slightly extended. If their tail curls up they have too high a tail set.

rofl.. umm no its more the bone structure of the dogs tail.. gravity wouldnt be strong enough to change the direction of the curl :b and most dogs don't even have curled tails!

My dog has her tail curled up towards her head.

I have had a Boxer tail bobbed(small) - no telling
Shepard- Collie mix( really big) - any way she wanted
Samoid- Shepard mix( really big)- left to right...lmao
Lab mix (big) - any way she wanted
Lab mix (big)- any way she could to knock somthing over
Pit bull puppy ( current dog) well he has no curl like the rest of my dogs but one hell of a wag! lol

I have dachshuns, so there tails don't curl. My standard one has a crooked tail though. This is a funny question. LOL

I had a boxer and he only had a little nub for a tail. Sorry, no curl.

my dog tail is clock wise l live in the middle south, that is something to do with my time because now you made me wonder

nope, but my dog's tail is up and it is facing his back( like as if his going to poop right now !!!)
