Weight Watchers. I have lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks and my wife has lost about 10. It works because it lets you basically eat what you want, but it really controls your portions with it's point system. Try it for a while and see.

Haha well I'm American so I don't know exactly what 73 kgs is equal to, but anywho... I found the most effective was just stop eating when you're full. It sounds obvious but most people keep eating, for some reason, even after they're full. This can be done better by eating slowly so your mind will have time to process when your stomach is full and let you know. Cardio is absolutely essential, at least twenty minutes a day. No matter how many calories you cut, you cannot safely lose weight without cardio. Also, just making healthier choices, such as eating fruit instead of greasy snacks helps. try a 'no diet diet' like french women don't get fat, or if you are more technically minded the book Mindless eating. You will lose weight gradually without even noticing that you are doing anything different. I've lost around fourteen pounds in three months and so far not an ounce has come back on. And i don't feel deprived or anything. These books teach you how to eat what you want and still be thin.

Eating a healthy balance of fruits, vegetables; basically more "natural" foods. Anything without lots of additives and chemicals. Doing some exercise. Diets are just going to let you down when you go off them and gain the weight back. Change your eating habits to be healthy and keep the weight off for life.

I did low carb. I lost 25 pounds in 2 months. I also did daily exercising and drank lots of water. Just stayed away from starches n such. Google "sparks people" ... it is a free diet site that yo ucan log your accomplishments in , get recipes, chat with others loding weight .

i think it would be the low carbohidrat diet. Your body will burn fat if there not enough carb and fat burn faster than carb..
Your body will lose weight slower if you are hungry because your metabolizm will slow down. Eat when your hungry and stop before you are full..
dun forget to exercise too...
