does cocoa as in hot chocolate have caffeine in them?

I'm reading the ingredients on my hot cocoa, and here's what it says: sugar, nonfat dry milk, modified whey, cocoa (processed with alkali), corn syrup, hydrogenated coconut oil, less than 2% of salt, dipotassium phosphate, carrafeenan, sodium caseinate, disodium phosphate, artificial flavor, mono-and diglycerides.
There is no mention of caffeine unless the cocoa itself has it.
P.S. now I'm going to have fun running this through the spell checker to see if it recognizes any of these words! LOL
FYI. There were some words it didn't recognize.

sources to this question vary. Some studies show that chocolate does not have caffeine in it, while other studies show that it does. Which is the correct one? I guess you would have to decide that on your own really.
