What form of alternative energy should be developed to solve the energy problems that we face today and could possibly face in the future?

fusion is not available and probably wont be during out lifetime.

fission is good and should be developed more now as a short term solution.

long term is:
1) improve efficiency of solar panels
2) improve viability of solar water heaters so that you can use it even in a cold climate without the fear that water freezing will ruin them
3)_ change zoning laws so that anybody can have a small wind turbine to supplement electrical use
4) develope electric rechargeable cars that will go at least 200 miles on one charge

We should switch off lights tat r not in use. Electricity is produced from coal, oil and natural gases. These 3 natural resources r getting lesser and lesser cos humans keep on wasting energy. Therefore, we should conserve energy becos natural resources are difficult to be replaced.

We should learn to conserve energy first and utilize resources available.Promote walking and riding of bikes solar panels etc

WE CAN MAKE BEST USE OF SOLAR ENERGY IF WE HAVE A PROPER TECHNOLOGY
IF THE SOLAR ENERGY FROM SUN IS TRAPPED FOR 3 MINUTES ,THE WHOLE WORLD CAN USE THE TRAPPED ENERGY FOR AN YEAR.
