I dont believe in the "incomplete proteins".
Soy protein claims to be very healthy.

They're both excellent sources of protein, though whey is generally accepted as the best fast uptake protein. I usually recommend soy as a good alternative for people who may be lactose intolerant.

Well----Soy protein is from beans, and whey is from eggs. Whey is the better choice---I have to listen to my husband talk about this stuff all the time----that's how I know!! :) Hope this helps

I think whey is 91% absorbed and soy is 90% absorbed.So it isn't that big of a difference.
