I have extensive personal experience with regard to stroke. Both of parents had suffered massive strokes.
First of all, have someone take you to an emergency room and have it checked out immediately. There is medication today that can actually reduce and/or reverse the paralyzing effects of a stroke if taken within one hour from the strokes onset. It's better to be safe than sorry.
Also, tingling can be indicative of diabetes as well. And hopefully, it is nothing serious. Get to an ER. I wish you all the best.
