It is hydraulic. I have an 87 also and have changed both the master and slave cylinders, The most annoying part is the bleeding. You have to be under the truck to do it.

You don't. The clutch is hydraulically operated although you CAN bleed your clutch system to make sure there is no air in the line, Also check to make sure your fluid reservoir is filled properly.

You don't!I believe that your clutch is hydraulic and there isn't an adjustment.I am 90 percent sure.Good luck
