Crest WhiteStrips ROCK. The only problem is that if you have a big, wide smile, they don't get ALL your teeth. Plus, if you use them too much, the bleach can make your teeth sensitive (I have sensitive teeth already, and I'd have to skip a day every few days or my teeth would ache.) You can always get a whitening tooth paste instead. They aren't as fast, but it works over time, and if you continue to use it, most work really well.

While cleaning my teeth the other day-my hygenist recommended Listerine's new whitening rinse or crest's whitening rinse-both sold at discount stores-to keep teeth white after cleaning. She said she's been using them and highly recommends either. I picked up one-the Listerine-its a little strong but it may be worth it since I drink coffee.
