Be mature, your older so you shouldnt loose control...

Give her a present, as an apology and as a friendship starter...

when she's confused say, you take her more as a sister and hope you guys can be friends... if it would make her happy, you would like to take her out, but make it clear that its just a friends...

she'll be embarassed and blushing... but probably she'll do the right thing and accept your apology, please dont do it in public... tell her alone...quickly before she spreads out to her friends...

Hmm...well. She likes you, so no matter what you say, its going to crush her. Most likely. But seeing as she's three years younger than you...she should know better. Just say you aren't looking for a girlfriend now..that should get her out of your hair with "minimal damage" to her.

you dont. she'll get hurt anyways. i say get a girlfriend, makeout with her in front of her, and when the girl runs away crying, don't chase after her :)

also, there's nothing wrong with dating sumone thats three years younger than you. im nearly three years younger than my boyfriend, and my friends think he's just using me for sex etc, so either she's using you for that type of thing or she just wants to look cool. GET RID OF HER.

You can tell her you're not looking for a relationship right now. (if she's your friend, then you shoudl say you do not want to ruin the friendship). If she's not a friend, just say you have a girlfriend over yonder or something. Or you can be honest. Yes, honesty is always good.

greetings...very simple. first off you don't have to tell her you don't like her. theres no sense in hurting someones feelings. the next time your approached by her and she asks you out, simply reply your flattered and that it was very sweet of her to ask but your just not dating anyone right now. don't feed her a bunch of excuses as to why. simply explain that school has really got you bogged down, perhaps another time. good luck

When you tell someone you don't like her, there is no possibility with minmal damage coz you don't know how deep you hurt her. But it is advisable to tell her early before she gets deeper and things may turn bad for both of you

dont listen to that one guy above... i dont know what the real answer is but just be straight up with her... and at least you care enough about her feelings to ask how to let her down easy you know? i'd rather you care more about that and tell me the truth than to find out you lied to me later... does that make sense? good luck hun

I would tell her that we can be friends, I am not interested in dating at the present time because of my academics in school.

Tell her that she is a cool person, but you just want to be her friend. Make sure that she was just asking you as a friend or you might be the one emabarrassed...

Let her know that you have had bad experiences dating younger women and don't know if you could do it again and would rather remain friends.
