There used to be a German painter on PBS, who was called the "anti-Bob ross" by a comedian. I can't remember the painter's name or the comedian's name. I am in search of video clips of the painter and the comedian doing the sketch about him AND Bob Ross. Does anyone know where to find these? Thanks.

The painter had white hair. The comedian that did the sketch about this painter, may have been Patton Oswalt.

The painter's name was William Alexander. I never cared much for his show. I loved to watch Bob Ross, however.

I have no clue who the comedian was, as I never saw the clips. You might try the Saturday Night Live archives to see if you can find anything related. It sound's like one of their spoofs. Hope this helps.

Was it the guy with the bushy hair that did the "happy little clouds"
He would paint nature scenes.
