Yes, at the time she gave birth to Jesus, she was a virgin. She had never been with a man. She married her husband Joseph after she was already pregnant. Affter Jesus was born, she finally had sex with her husband, and had more children, the normal way,

So, while she was a virgin at the time of Jesus' birth, she lost her virginity shortly afterwards.

Man, I don't really think you can call anyone that far back in time a doctor, more like a healer/guesser. If you want me to get into religion stuff, I think she was a virgin when she had Jesus, bu to believe that a married couple never got it on? That is insane

not after Jesus was born:

Matthew 13:55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?
Mark 6:3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.

There are Mary's other children

My opinion is she was. That's what the Book of Luke in the Bible says, and Luke was a doctor who was very careful at checking out his facts.
