I would NEVER eat fast food or pizza or french fries, and greasy stuff like that. I don't really like meat a lot. I exercise 2 days a week, I try to do more, if I have the time, and I eat not that healthy, but like for lunch, maybe like salad, or baked potato, with broccoli and cheese, or a tuna wrap. I never drink soda maybe I'll drink diet soda, and I don't really eat a lot of junk food.

You're still young and you might shed it in time. But I guess you're a little overweight for your height based on height:weight ratio. Do some cardio and the pounds will go away.
It is fine to lose 30 pounds but it should be gradual. Quick weight loss also translates to quick weight gain. Commit to an exercise and diet regimen and you'll be able to maintain your ideal weight.

Ugh, I hate the BMI because it's never Really, Truly accurate. I am about the same height as you, and maybe just a few pounds heavier than you. It all depends on your body type really. Like, I have a natural hourglass shape, and I've had boobs since I was in 3rd grade. I am really comfortable around 125-130, but I don't think of myself as "Fat" where I am now.
Even if you think you are overweight, it isn't by a whole lot. If you think your belly hangs over your waistband too much, or maybe your thighs jiggle a little, than start an exercise program for yourself. I recently started my own, and I feel GREAT the more I exercise. It is more than just to slim down some. It gets your endorphins going and puts you in a better mood.
I wouldn't go on a strenous diet or anything, because you could easily turn it into a disorder. If you think you eat too much junk food, cut yourself down to whatever you think is healthier.
And for reference, if you do exercise a lot, and you start getting muscular, that is GOOD weight! Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have hard thighs and a taut belly and still weigh 135, DON'T FRET! That's a good thing. That is another reason the BMI isn't the best thing to look at. It doesn't usually take that kind of stuff into account.
Good Luck with whatever you decide to do!!

According to the BMI chart you are not overweight at all. You are actually at a health weight on the high end. You could lose maybe 5 or 10 pounds at the most to continue to be healthy. The skinny girls are too skinny and will eventually have health problems down the road! Remember, it's what's in the heart and not on the outside. If people judge by the way someone looks, they have a problem. Never judge a book by it's cover! You are probably a cute little girl. Don't worry! P.S. I'm 31 and have been married for 10 years, and my husband loves bigger women...a lot of men do! And my husband looks like Brad Pitt!
So, there you go...I hope this helps!

Oy vey. I'm only an inch taller than you and I would LOVE to weigh as little as you do!
There are lots of height/weight charts out there. I've linked to one below. It looks like one thing you need to factor in is the size of your frame, although no matter how big your frame is, you're pretty much in the normal range. Losing 30 pounds would definitely be too much.
As for feeling fat, it's important that you feel good about yourself but IMHO most teenagers feel unattractive in some way. That just seems to be part of being a teenager, something everybody goes through and has to work through.
Unfortunately, these days there's an epidemic of young women who think they're fat when they're not and diet and purge in response. It's possible that the real problem isn't that you weigh too much - your friends may weigh too little!
One thing you can do, if you want an objective opinion, is to talk to your doctor. If the doctor does think a little weight loss is in order, he or she can also help with doing that in a healthy way, a way that lets you feel good and not resort to starving yourself or purging. But my guess is that you're fine as you are.
Best of luck to you!

A) no because I am 14 and weigh 207lbs. That is overweight. I couldn't dream of being 135 in my life ever again. and for a 14 year old girl, 105 lbs is not that healthy. maybe at least 120 would be considered healthy. but 105 seems twiggy...

No. You are exactly where you should be.
If you are unhappy with your body, you might try to do some ab exercises - crunches and such.
Also, you could join a school sports team.
DO NOT lose 30 lbs! that would put you underweight.

BMI and BMR for weight loss
All of us know that we gain weight when we take extra calories and lose weight when we consume lesser calories. We need to know how much we should weigh and how many calories we should consume everyday in a healthier way. BMI helps us in knowing how much we should weight. I have already written about BMI in earlier of my post. If you need to know about BMI, you can get it from my post Know if you need to lose weight.
http://fast-weightloss.blogspot.com/2006/09/know-if-you-need-to-lose-weight.html
And BMR can calculate the amount of calories we should consume. BMR, which is Basal Metabolic Rate, informs you the amount of calories you need everyday as a way to retain the current weight. To calculate your BMR you have to just enter your sex, age and weight in pounds. So know the amount of calories you need everyday to keep up with the current weight.
http://www.my-health-and-fitness.org/calorie-burning-calculator.php
If you are satisfied with your current weight, only then you should enter your current weight. Otherwise you should enter your goal weight in pounds which you ant to achieve. So in this way taking the amount of calories you should, you will slowly get the desired weight you were looking for. But before making any changes in your eating pattern, it is always good to take help from your doctor.
So you will also find BMI and BMR really helpful weight loss tools by which you are able to know the amount of calories you need to get to the desired weight.

If you want to lose a little weight, that is fine, but it is not okay to try to lose 30lb. You don't need to go below 115lb-125lb in any event. HTH : )
