You don't need to stuff yourself with the goodies. Just eat like 1 goodie a week (If you can't handle that than like 2-3 a week). But follow it with proper diet, calorie intake, and some occasional exersice depending on the fat taken in.

Ask one of your friends if they like goodies then give them or send them as presents to other people.

It is definitely a good idea to take them with you to work. I also say it's the holidays if you can maintain your weight you have done better than most. Enjoy and happy holidays!

don't deprive yourself. let yourself have a little of everything but not a whole bunch of any one thing. you'll be satisfied, but not stuffed. and when someone offers you seconds, just say no thanks! but remember to let yourself sample the goodies. if you don't, you'll drive yourself crazy thinking about them!
