Kingstanding and Sutton divisions within the West Midland Police force.
They have too many police officers with their own agendas. and as for policing, a five year old would do a better job.
One example; An ice cream van's driver as well as selling ice cream was also selling Crack and Heroin, the police did not know which van it was as 3 ice cream vans came round the Wyrley Birch can you guess who they asked for information?,
the Crack and Heroin addicts who of course would not say as he was a bit cheaper than the 5 Heroin and Crack dealers who are resident on the estate, in the end the resident Heroin dealers got rid of the Ice cream van 3 months later.
They were given information ,Name ,Address of an Armed robber who had just robbed a Post Office of £64,000, they came back 6 months later to say could not find him although he still lives at the same address today.
Children were playing football in some open ground as there was a flasher in the park, what did the local police do?
Charge one of the Children for playing football in the street.
the above is just a small example.

Brazil! I have never seen such an inept police force. The whole system is corrupt. Recently criminals put hits out on police stations. These were criminal leaders in jail. They put out the hit, becasue you are allowed to have cell phones in jail!!

I was visiting Brazil and watched a 60 minutes type sting operations on jails. A woman was paying a warden money for special care for her brother in the prison. She called the news team to blow the story of the bribing scandal. When the authorities intervined, it turned out the jail didn't even know where the brother was. They had lost 10's of prisoners. That is how it is in Brazil. Total chaos. Don't visit! Run away. Crazy.

Example one time this crazy man pointed a gun at me and i called the police the response time was good.
