This girl at school might like me. She keeps looking at me in class and wote me a note last year saying that i was sexy. Today when i picked up her stuff on the ground she said "What are you doing?"
She keeps stareing at me today when I look at her she quickly turns around. is she playing hard to get?

Go up to her and ask her out. If she hesistates do not persue or pay attention to her anymore. Sometimes girls like the thrill of having a guy interested and then run away when they are confronted. Don't let her play hard to get cause then she has the upper hand on you. By confronting her you catch her off guard and it forces her to make a decision and that way you can either be going out with her or persuing someone else.

You can firstly try flirting/teasing but not acting upon it, which seems playful so won't hurt his feelings but will leave him curious and intruiged. Then just slight contact (playful "accidental" bump, brushing against them) and giving them sultry looks (sometimes even a wink) until they're dying to grab you and kiss you. But you can't play hard to get for too long, otherwise they'll think you're cruel and just playing them around. Good luck!

Go slow and easy, be cool but dont loose her....if you like her that is...play her line and try to show your interested...but if she's playing too good and you get annoyed then tell her and just aask her out!

Perhaps you didn't respond to her love note the way she expected you to. And now she may be angry at you.
Her question, "What are you doing?", doesn't sound very friendly to me.
A girl who wants to make friends with a guy would encourage him with a friendly smile.
