I've been not so good lately. My life's falling apart, my parents are divorcing, my school's terrible. They don't treat me nice there, they're always mean, and one of my only friends there has turned on me. I've been feeling so fat lately, even though people tell me i'm not, i still see myself as really really fat. I have not been eating much. I eat celery for lunch and dinner. And if someone makes me eat, i will just eat the smallest bit possible, and try not to get them to notice. I don't know what to do anymore. It's getting crazy. I've lost about 6 lbs already, and I want to lost more, but i don't want to get sick. What should i do? Anyone been through this before? Thanks.

I also get dizzy a lot. I'm sick a lot too. I can't do anything about it though, i'm kinda worried, and don't know what to do anymore. Everything's crazy!

Oh my god, thats exactly me!
I am in High school, and half of my friends went to a different school.
I am so tired and dizzy lately, I have hardly been eating, I think I am fat too, lately, and everyone tells me I am normal, I hate all my teachers, me too, when my friends try to force me to eat, I would eat small bites, and if they aren't looking, I would spit it on the floor, also I am always tired lately.
I think I am just scared I will get fat, and also I am not ready for change, and not mature enough, maybe that can be the case with you, please E-Mail me at katycute2772@aol.com, I am so depressed lately! We will talk together!

Listen baby girl. You are going through a lot. you need to have a talk with yourself and then with a councelor. You need to tell yourself that you are not the cause of the divorce. That you are beautiful. That you aren't fat. That you deserve the best. That you are good and God made you. Stop worrying about what other people say about you and start taking charge of your life. You can't change other people, only your reaction to them and only yourself. So, be good to you. Eat because you have to in order to live, you don't need other people's attention, you are enough. You love yourself because you are made by God in His image and he doesn't make junk. So, get to someone who is older and is in aposition to just talk to you about your problems now. This doesn't have to get any worse, OK? Trust someone. People are basically good and the counselor at school or maybe clergy can get you help or ralk to you and encourage you. You are loved, we all are. We are all children of God and He loves us all. So, remember that when you feel lonely. You don't have to win a popularity contest in God's eyes. Love is coming your way. I already went through what you are going through and i can tell you EAT no matter how you feel.If you want to lose weight not eating properly will just make it worst.If you are dizzy it`s because you don`t get enough proteins and vitamins and all the energy you need from your cereal.And by only eating cereal you will lose weight fast but gain it twice as fast once you restart eating.If you want to lose weight eat properly and do more exercise.Believe me if you are starting to get dizzy it means that you are already starting to get sick.So please start eating normally if you don`t want to end up in the hospital.

It sounds like you are going thru a lot of depression. With all that is going on in your life. Perhaps you could talk with your school councellor, or a doctor about your situation. All will get better. You just have to hang in tight thru the difficult times. Take care.

I think you need to talk to someone. It sounds like you are going through a lot, and it sounds like you may be a little depressed. You don't want that to turn into depression. I think you need to go talk to someone immediately! Good luck!
