Well, fat is funny. When we want it, we never can get it, and when we want to get rid of it, seems it just hangs around. You may try eating more real food. Rib-Eye Steaks, Ice Cream, Real Butter and Milk. Then get active. Bicycle or running, it build those muscles and you have Bulk, but, it not be fat. Should look good and you will enjoy real food and not have to eat the crap many do trying to lose weight and sit in front of a TV. And there a Bonus, you may meet a really good guy out running. When the others are starving watching TV and wondering why they never meet a good man. ;-)

you dont want to get really huge thighs but u do want to make them bigger than they are now so eat a lot of healthy food and excerise you legs more and that will solve ur problem

Eat lots of carbs - bread, chips, they will put on weight but you still must continue to exercise so you don't build up to much fat.
