You have a BMI of 17. 19 to 24 is normal. In case those numbers you gave are wrong, here is info on losing weight. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Reading a book stuffed with useless words will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below will take about 30 minutes to read which is just enough to know what you need to know.

Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

102 pounds for a 15 year old 5'5 is not fat at all.

If you really want to lose weight you gotta do it healthily.

Drink plenty of Ice Cold Water, watch your Carbohydrate intake, exchange white bread for wholemeal and drink Lemon Water which will boost your metabolism

And Of course walk for about 30 minutes a day and play any physical sport for 30 minutes a day.

Start with a visit to your family doctor for checkup and advice just to be on the safe side.

Looking at the numbers you have given, my guess is that you are not fatl and if you have average bone structure you could be on the skinny side.

Good luck in finding your healthy target weight for your age.

You are not fat. The quickest ways to lose weight are never the best. Work on your self esteem, not your weight.
