im 17 and i hate my life so much ! im depresed ! i cant talk to a any girl i like cuz im shy and im afraid that she would ignore me or something ! life is so boring for me ! how can i change my life to a better life ?

If you feel like you can't talk to any girl, than the best thing for you to do is to muster up as much courage as you can and just go for it! I used to feel worse than you. I couldn't talk to any girl. I was afraid they would get mad at me. Today, I finally walked up to an attractive girl and she was so friendly, it completely changed my beliefs. It was the first time I ever did anything like that, and it gave me so much confidence. It can work for you too. You just have to put a little effort into the first time, and then it only gets easier. Good Luck.

In the end they are all good. People change and grow all the time. If we didn't we would all still be cavemen. I hate changes at first. I hate not know where my life will take me. But I try to think of them as an adventure now.

I also agree with Blondie Z. The way to change your life is to make a decision to change your life and follow through with it. I know this is gonna sound cliche, but you are 17 and have your whole life in ahead of you. Use this opportunity to live life to the fullest. Some things you can do--study hard, prepare for college, get involved in organizations in high school, do things you've never done before-i.e. photography, dancing, volunteer, meet new people. I also would suggest some counseling if you are depressed and also to work on you. As you work on you, you'll acquire self-esteem and confidence. Good luck and live life to the fullest!

wow. such low self esteem! Don't turn emo! ;P Life is considered hard and challenging. You can't really change your life. You're 17. aren't you in high school? start going out with you friends/classmates or whatever. You'll start having fun and you won't be shy to talk to any girl. =) Trust me! when high school hit for me, i constantly started talking and socializing with peers, but just be good in school and don't have regrets in the end.

Life will bring you suprises ....don't worry... But it sounds that you are spoiled... Once you get on your feet and start supporting yourself ,,,,, you'll figure out everything ... Heey man, take it easy, you're not weak or so, but you're not used to hear ''NO'' from ppl, well...you've to get used to it, ppl always say NO...if a girl that you try to hook up to will say NO... the worst that could happen is that you don't talk to her anymore... don't say (But I love her)...coz u don't....get over her and find another one and ask her and so till you find one, but believe me kid, you should have more self-confidence when you go talk to the girl, she likes that, she hates when u r scared or hesitated, show her when u go ask that u really care about her, and u r a real man that she can trust. Join a church youth group, find Jesus who will thrill your life with blessing and good things that are valuable. Don't go after the worthless in this life, give your heart to Jesus and He will give you a new life far better than you imagined.
