these answers show your point exactly except for one person and myself answering were not kind I understand your point you tried to lighten the love of Jesus with the care bears etc because if you just say Jesus Loves you then people act ugly well here is why atheist have such problems with Christians I am a christian but don't try to force my belief's on others or ridicule because they don't believe that is not the way to bring someone around to God you keep on being happy don't let anyone take your joy away. If God can do anything, then why hasn't he done the following?
- Stopped global warming
- Put an end to wars
- Helped end poverty
- Protected innocent children who were raped and murdered
- Put a stop to corruption in church hierarchies
- And while I'm not anti-gay(truthfully, I'm for gay marriage, thank you very much), if homosexuality is SUCH a hellworthy sin according to the Bible, why isn't he making everybody straight?
- While I'm at it, if God is all and Christianity is the only "true" religion, and God can do "everything", why isn't he also making all of us born believers instead of letting us split up into multiple religions and denominations?

I'm not atheist but why is it always God they don't believe in any supreme being not just god. they don't believe becasue they follow their heart which doesn't believe? there is no proof of any god so stop acting like you know when you don't. I hope he exists but I have different ideas and I'm open-minded. Why don't you believe in Shiva or Zeus when there people out their who are for SURE that he exist, so ALL gods must be real. Noone knows including you so don't be a ignorant bigot.

If some people choose not to believe in God, that is their freedom. Stop hassling them. And if they don't want to be prayed for unless you feel you must,(pray in private) - let them be. God knows all men and he doesn't need us running interference. If you love them - that's good but they may not want to hear it. What earthly good are you doing by irritating them?

There isn't one shred of evidence that indicates there is a god. I believe in a lot of things, but they all have evidence that backs them up.

If god is all powerful then he can reveal himself directly.
You are implying that the bible is truth, and an all powerfull god chooses a translated, edited, rewritten and translated book as his communication with the human race. Even after seeing all the warring and killing in his name, he doesn't reveal himself?

When you can show me proof of this "God" then I'll believe. Until then, it's not happening. Don't pray for me or any of us, we don't need it. We're gonna die and stay dead. There is no heaven, no hell, just your body rotting in the cold earth for eternity while the worms feed on it.
