I understand that there are hungry, and homeless people in other countries, but we have hungry, and homeless people here in America as well. Will our government do anything about it to help our own American people?

Nope, the government is too busy giving our tax dollars out to illegals and does not care about it's own citizens! There needs to be major changes in government and and we need to say NO to amnesty and send lawbreakers and people who do not belong here back! They have turned their backs on their voters and now it is time to make our voices heard! Let the phrase "we the people" mean something again! Make some noise Americans!

The key word is "our". Americans can control the government and make it work for them. Don't expect someone else to fix the problem. You can address the issue to your Representatives. Get people to agree with you, and sign petitions. Involve yourself in politics and the events of the country. If everyone did their small part and nothing more that would be more than enough.

The power of the country is in our hands. This is how it should be. Stop asking for handouts. Where did you learn government solves problems?

If you want to help the homeless work for a non-profit company and make a difference. Or open your own company to do that.

The goverment is the most inefficient course to complete an action. People should not depend on government. The government should be minimized to do minimal tasks.

Go out there and be somebody!

Are you kidding me. television is the reason of it besides the very incontrovertible fact that it hasn't even been around for a a hundred years. Its never a pair of united states of america, tutor me a rustic in this international the place there is not any theft, rape, killings, drugs, kidnappings. guy those issues have been around by using fact the commencing up of life. people at the instant are not the only ones, you think of the animal kingdom is all love and peace. Animals kill, scouse borrow, or perhaps assault their own species. Even bigger seals kill smaller seals in the wild. Its area of humanity and it may on no account be stopped. All we are in a position to do is settle for actuality and not circulate around dreaming of a international that there is not any conflict or poverty in. Poverty and conflict will exist as long as people or perhaps different animals stay to tell the story the earth. There has on no account been a rustic in the history of the international that has proved in any different case. Its unhappy yet its life. settle for It And circulate On.

You asked the $64,000 question! We have the best govt. money can buy, and do the corporations have money to give to Congress that taxes individuals but no corporations. We have socialism for the rich, and democracy for the rest of us. We subsidize corporations and spend trillions for "defense," which really means the US Treasury is a feed trough for the Weapons Dealers, while we defame those who would spend some money to help out those in need in our country. This is the paradigm difference between Republicans and Democrats. Republicans care not for their fellow man while wearing the cloak of Evangelical Christianity and the "Prince of Peace", considering those who don't succeed in this competitive society we have engineered as inferior and expendable. Democrats, who wish to make sure we all make it, are slandered as wimpy, tree hugging, pot smoking socialists who don't get "the big picture." Sadly, their propaganda has been winning, and not only does it show in our failure to address our own social issues, but, it also appears in our Govts willingness to consider people around the world, including the Middle East, as expendable abstractions along the way to our having Dominion over the planet. We need to replace those that share this exclusive and dark view of life with those who care. I concur with others who advocate we vote and get involved, instead of leaving decisions with those who have the most money. We outnumber them by the millions, and it is time we stood up together to make a difference.

There are a whole mess of racists here who will only want to make people believe that hispanics are in need. They will make hateful comments about how Americans choose to be poor. But if you dare to say that an illegal chooses to be ignorant and chooses to be a criminal, they will tell you the illegal had no choice. Protect yourself from these terrorists and support the minutemen project.

That is a very good question. We take care of Africans more than we do Americans. I am not saying we should convert everyone to communism, but we can do something. I do guess giving tax breaks to individuals and companies do count, though, and we should be leaning in that direction more tan in the welfare direction.

yes, the correct idea is to fix yourself before you try to fix other people but in Americans situation we are expected to do so much more. When the tsunami crisis occurred America gave the most amount of money but was still judged because there are such great expectation of it
