where do i look up some ones D.M.V. record ?

Sorry, it's pretty tough to do. Basically all states have regulations or statutes to prevent this. Unless you are law enforcement, DMV employee, public safety, courts, etc. it's near impossible. Don't let TV fool you, it's not as easy as it looks.
