Are there any first aid treatments for paraphimosis that can be done at home, if the patient does not have easy access to a hospital? Please include a source and a detailed description of what can be done.

Okay. How did this happen? Anyways, keep tugging. Maybe use a lubricant or something. or, as we do in the hospital, grab both ends, and push the middle in. hold your breath and you'll make it. If it doesn't go back, a circumcision may be required. If you leave it, gangrene can result. Sometimes, this is very painful and tough to do. Good luck. Use common sense and your best judgement. IF IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AND YOU ARE SEEING A CHANGE IN COLOR, YOU SHOULD MAKE THE SMARTEST DECISION AND WITHIN YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT GO TO THE HOSPITAL.

Proper medical help is best for this condition. See a urologist ASAP. I wouldn't attempt any home remedies if I were you.
