You should try your hardest to be a GOOD friend and get over it...

maybe it would be best to admit you feel a litlle hurt if you see both of them together, so tell them to be 'loving" somewhere else, if your friends tries her hardest not to hurt your feelings, you should appreciate and take an initiative to also help yourself not get hurt by having a hobby, finding a new boy friend and looking at the world differently...

snapping back to reality is hard, no matter who breaked up first, he's your ex and she's your friend....friends come first before guys...thats the All Girlfriens Code...

Well to put it bluntly she is not a friend at all and certainly not a BEST friend if she is dating your ex. And you should not keep in touch with your ex because if he had any brains and/or morals he would not be dating a friend of yours. They both are trashy and you are better off with them out of your life. Move on and you will be alot happier.

let it go, there is a reason an he is an ex. If being around them is uncomfortable then try to limit activities for the three of you. If she asks just tell her you uncomfortable being around your ex she doesnt need to know why.If you cannot keep yourself in check then take a break from the friendship. You dont want to lose your best friend and boyfriend too.
