You have great friends! What they are doing is very thoughtful and they must really like/love you to go out of their way and do something like that. Since they are your real friends, I'm sure they know that you are greatful for what they are doing. The $10 gesture was a good thing, says a lot about your character. You can always call them or write them to express how grateful you are. Im sure your friends are not expecting anything in return - just a sincere thank you will do :)

Well, personally I think a $10 GC is a very nice gesture to thank someone. Especially if its to a store they like. I happen to LOVE Old Navy and Target and shop there allot.
I think that was really nice of you, and you dont have to give them anything else. Im sure they will tell you that you shouldnt have given them anything at all, but I know I would feel good about giving them at least a little somthing in appriciation. : )

concerning the stroller and vehicle seat, you've each and every good to ask what variety or maybe variety. some are recalled for protection motives and also you want to analyze that. even if those particular ones are not to any extent further recalled, you want to be certain them for your self to verify the wheels of the stroller received't fall off, and the straps of the stroller and vehicle seat are solid and dealing nicely. A 5-aspect strap on a vehicle seat is safer than a three-aspect strap. Does a cover contain both or both, and if no longer, is that something you want. those are 2 products which will carry your infant to keep him/her secure. you want to verify they're secure. For the garments, i have been given bags of used infant clothing. at the same time as i have given maximum folk away to charity, there are continually some issues that were lovable and in large challenge. also, you'll receive lots and many infant clothing as a lot as about a 12 months, yet after that it somewhat dwindles at the same time as it truly is time for the 18 month, 24 month and previous in clothing (so some distance as presents are in contact). So, it truly is sweet to bypass by those infant clothing for the products that extra healthful 18-36 months, and better. to ward off "the seem" out of your mom in regulation (i comprehend that seem too), purely take the garments and go by them on your own residence by your self. provide something to charity. wish this helps.

Giving them money is the antithesis of thanking them. It shows that you need them because you are too loose with your finances. You thank them by accepting them and wearing them. If you want to do more, bake them something, or send a note, or decorate a $2 picture frame and give it to them. Buyinig overpriced crap from Old Navy will keep you needing hand-me-downs forever.
You can find good clothes for real young kids at Goodwill, too. That's where most of the overpriced crap goes when kids grow out of them.

I used to get used clothing for my child and all I was ever able to say was than you and then I'd make sure they saw her wearing some of it. Being able to send a gift card is great and you are gracious to do that.

They know you are not rolling in dough that's why they send you the hand-me-downs. So don't stress yourself trying to thank them with something in return. Just a thank you note will be very appreciated.
