You really need to take your dog to the vet to find out as it could be a few different things. Is your dog an elderly one? Is he eating anything? My dog had those symptoms and it was little stroke. He got over it in a couple of weeks, thankfully, but he ate out of one side of his mouth for that time. But again, nobody on here can tell you for sure what is wrong. There is usually an emergency number for a vet. Maybe you could look it up in the phone book and get him to one tonight. ((((hugs)))) I know what's it like. Hope everything turns out well.

Any number of things. My cat got like that after 9/11....I think our stress just put her over the edge.

Bring your dog to the vet...most vets have Saturday hours. If she gets worse during the night (like trouble breathing), go to your local animal hospital.

I would take her to the vet NOW. Lethargy in a normally active dog is not good, especially when it comes on quickly. Is she trying to vomit at all? If so it could be Bloat...Please take her to the vet immediately

She might have eaten something bad, like chocolate, grapes or olives.
These are very bad for dogs, especially if they have started to ferment.
See if she shows an interest in playing... show her a favorite toy.
If not, get her to the vet.
Hope it turns out ok.

Take him to the vet to make sure everything is okay. Animals are just like humans and need care when they are sick.

if it is a puppy younger than 12 mths. there is a stong possibility that it is parvo virus. This is a very serious illness that requires immediate attention.
