I don't usually say "Merry Christmas" until Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, unless it is someone I won't see again until after Christmas.

BTW, Merry Christmas! :)

I say Merry Christmas if I know the person celebrates Christmas.. If I'm unsure, it's usually it's "Have wonderful Holidays", because of the religion thing.

I say "Happy Holidays." I'm not a Christian, although I wouldn't be offended if someone wished me a merry christmas and I'd do the same back. But lately, many people seem to be insulted by it (idiots), so it's good to be careful, especially in the business setting.

When I worked in retail, I used to say "Happy Holidays" or "Have a happy holiday" to my customers. Though I was allowed to say "Merry Christmas," I chose not to. Now I work in Sales, and the personal relationship you build with clients is different when you are acting on their behalf. Because of that quality in the business relationships I now have, I say "Merry Christmas" to all of my clients unless there is something that jumps out to show me they do not celebrate the holiday.

Piece to all sounds like a sexual proposition, dear. It's Peace to All, and to you as well. For me it is a bit soon for Merry Christmasses, and then only under the right circumstances; not proper in all business conversations. This is Advent season in the Church, Christmas season has not started yet, and will Christmas Eve, and will last 12 days (Twelve Days of Christmas). But in your case......MERRY CHRISTMAS, HO HO HO HO HO HO

Some people aren't Christians and don't celebrate Christmas. Why not say, "Peace, guys".
