well most of the times yes that does mean yes they like u but somtimes they just want to know. but if they dont tell u or wont tell u then it is proably u who they like or a close friend of urs and they dont want u to tell them. i know this cuz of expierence. if they flirt with u a lot or anything like that then u know it is u who they like. either that or they r a slut!lol.

not always. we women are sneaky lol...we like to know whats going on with every1 else. If she doesnt ever talk to you, then it may be a sign that she or one of her friends likes u. If u guys do talk, then things are looking better lol
