We just went through this same thing here at our house in just under a year.

Hubby and I both...researched the healthy foods to eat. No fancy diet...just the right amounts and the RIGHT carbs (brown steamed rice instead of white). Whole grain bread instead of white...those things made a HUGE difference and ate the 4 or 5 meals a day in the right amounts and we dropped weight hand over fist (really) Did that over and over and over and it really worked.....didn't even exercise for a while and when we started after losing so me weight we jogged on the treadmill and then later ran as we got healthier. You should see the muscles in the legs from that alone !!!! WOW Stick to it and it WILL pay off if you really want to do it. Hubby is the best case scenario...the went from 300 to 165 and looks awesome (better than when he was in college!!!!!!!!!!)

Just plan it out with the right foods first and pre-plan and prep meals on the weekend so when you are rushed during the week you are not tempted for the bad food etc and job run for 20 or 30 minutes a day a few times a week and its really that simple if you DO it.

Good luck...we did, I'm sure you can too!!!
(yes he lost all that weight in under a year doing only those things)

jog everyday or six days of the week for about ten to fifteen minutes
I would also tell you to go to the gym and work on the machines that work on your quads, hamstrings, and calfs can always talk to people working there to give you some advice unless by no equipment you mean there is no way for you to go to a gym
Stick to light weights and do alot of reps
25-30 sit ups everyday wouldn't hurt either
Shouldn't take you more than an hour
For soccer its all about the amount of reps you can do
the more reps you do the longer your muscles will last out on the field
