If your eyes aren't that bad and you can see without help for most things, can you still put on contacts? Or will that make your eyes even worse, if you keep them on all day? Is it necessary? 'Cause I only need them to see long distances.

While my eye site is a lot worse than your (-2.75) I think contacts are better for your self worth, not saying anything is wrong with wearing glasses, I know several people that look a lot better with glasses, but I can actually see better with my contacts than with the same prescription in glasses.

First of all you should not be in a position to try this. A prescription is wanted for the touch lens and a health care professional would not positioned a random touch lens to your eye besides. But, to reply the query, making use of a touch lens with a prescription in it, could no longer blur your imaginative and prescient and make you based on glasses. All it could do is blur your imaginative and prescient and ordinarily create abundant eye pressure. When the touch is eliminated, your common imaginative and prescient might be restored. Interesting notion, but it surely would not be to useful.
