Today when I was bored, I put regular scotch clear tape onto my legs, and when I pulled it out, I could see giant dead skin cells! I was completely disgusted, evne though I know it is natural, and I can't make my skin like plastic.

Will exfoliating my legs make it less...disgusting?

absolutely. go to the store and get a loofah (a scratchy beige sponge-looking thing) and everyday in the shower, just gently scrub your legs. move in circular motions, NEVER too hardly, and remember to moisturize afterwards. if you do this for about two or three minutes a day in the shower and apply some good lotion afterwards, yoyr legs should feel tingly, new, and much, much cleaner.

Yes exfoliating will take care of that issue. You should try it, see what The Non Blonde has to say about some of the body scrubs out there and decide for yourself what is best for you.

YES! It will make your legs shine and feel like silk.
I exfoliate mine then apply Jergen's Soft Shimmer, skin radiance moisturizer.

Your legs will glow and feel SO good.

with a dry loofah and dry skin just before you get in the shower, scrub your legs easy with the loofah. and then take a shower. repeat but this time with moisturizing soap and water and don;t forget to apply a liberal amount of lotion after you're done. good luck!
